Key Responsibilities:
Participating in the management team for Business Assurance Norway and contributing to and shaping the Business Assurance Norway management agenda.Assisting with business development activitiesLeading performance reviews and development discussions with team membersCoordinating with other leaders to ensure efficient resource utilizationOverseeing multiple projects within the team to ensure work is conducted withinProviding technical support and guidance to team membersPossibly conduct audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
