Responsibilities

• To assist Senior Manager/Head of Compliance in periodic reporting to Group, Senior Management (EXCO), and Board.
• To support business units in the review of any new process, development or projects.
• Provide advisory to relevant stakeholders for compliance‑related matters.
• To communicate on the new regulatory development to the relevant stakeholder within the stipulated time.
• To assist in interaction with Regulators and industry bodies in Malaysia on Regulatory Compliance matters relating to the organisation.
• Ensure 100% completion of Compliance mandatory training for all staff within the agreed timeline.
• To ensure that AML/CTF Standard Operation Procedures are relevant and up to date with the latest requirements.
