Position Overview
What the role is:
You oversee, plan, and manage the operational budget and allocation of funds for the Training Institute. In this role, you will ensure effective governance and management of contracts while maintaining compliance with finance guidelines and managing relationships with finance institutions, auditors and stakeholders.
What you will be working on:
- Manage operational budget through Multi-Year Budget Planning (MYBP), Annual Budget Planning (ABP) and Quarterly Budget Review (QBR)
- Provide advisory support to the Training Institute on finance-related issues and matters
- Conduct regular internal audits on the Training Institute's Procurement System transactions to ensure compliance with financial rules and regulations
