Position Overview
Reporting to the Deputy Director, you will be responsible for the accounting and reporting of departments under Operation Shared Services such as Facilities Management, Environmental Services, Security, etc at SingHealth HQ. You will assist in the planning and development of cost recovery strategies for these services where you will be required to perform cost allocations based on agreed basis. In addition, you will provide accounting services and support to Singapore Cord Blood Bank (SCBB), and together with a team of staff under your charge, oversee timely and accurate accounting, reconciliation, claims reimbursements and reporting of all funded programmes for Research, Education, Regional Health and talent development. You will also support the annual budgeting and forecasting exercise of the departments and areas mentioned above. You shall also expect to assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Deputy Director and/ or Chief Financial Officer. Job requirements
