Position Overview
This individual will work closely with Disney’s Ad Sales Revenue and Yield Management Sports team, ESPN Content Finance and ESPN Research team to lead the organization, preparation and consolidation of forecasts, annual/long range plans and quarter close for the ESPN Ratings Based Ad Sales line of business. They will oversee recurring deliverables including Ad Sales Pacing, Rate/Volume analysis metric drivers, and Forecast/Plan modeling. They will also lead and/or support ad hoc projects and initiatives including the development, implementation, and maintenance of the EPM as a core function.
The role will require the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with stakeholders across the company and lead a Sr. Financial Analyst. The ideal candidate will be able to easily navigate and clearly communicate between the Ad Sales organization and the Finance organization.
