Position Overview
Manage the company's overall finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and timely financial reporting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
Monitor receivables, payables, working capital, and treasury operations to maintain healthy cash flow.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, audits, and other regulatory filings.
Coordinate with external auditors, bankers, consultants, and government authorities on finance-related matters.
