**Job Description:**

**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Leading a team of FPGA FAEs to drive demand creation activities.
+ Responsible for driving team to achieve the KPIs.
+ Building relationships with key decision makers of customers.
+ Familiarize with the latest technologies in FPGA and Acceleration domains like AI/ML by attending supplier training in person and via conference calls.
+ Provide technical support and guidance to customers on FPGA solutions.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to FPGA systems.
+ Provide in-depth technical support to customers in their selection and use of Arrow PLD lines development tools, silicon and IP products that ensure design wins for Arrow.
+ Stay updated on the latest FPGA technologies and trends.
