The Bhumi Fellowship is a learning and development journeyfor young change-makers with a passion for committing to educational equity in
the long term. The program currently has 32 fellows in Chennai, working with
over 5,500 children in over 30 schools. In 2023, we aim to recruit at least 100
fellows in two cities.

The Senior Manager - Recruitment, Bhumi Fellowship
will manage the execution of the entire Fellowship selection process
(including recruitment and selections) through key partnerships for recruiting
exceptional candidates for Bhumi Fellowship.
