**Position Overview:**

Represents Sutter Health in capital improvement projects, including new development, facility expansion, renovation and retrofitting. Coordinates, monitors, and reports on design and construction activities in accordance with the internal departmental project controls requirements. Responsible for administering consultant and construction agreements. Facilitates quality control, maintenance of design and construction schedules, construction management, and owner representative responsibilities.
