What the role is: Manager, Facilities Management (Land Development)
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team, and oversee the design and management of integrated community development projects. You will play a key role in ensuring the operational efficiency, sustainability, and regulatory compliance of our facilities.
What you will be working on: - Participate in all stages of project development, from feasibility and design to contract administration, including Life Cycle costing;
- Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, contractors and regulatory authorities to meet operational and user requirements, including Green Mark requirements;
- Manage, develop and report maintenance and cyclical replacement budgets, strategies, and track expenses and forecast of expenses;
- Develop and monitor maintenance contracts, KPIs, and service improvement strategies, including calling of maintenance contracts;
