Role Overview

Manager Design Operations serves as the operational backbone of the client Design organization, driving strategic alignment across executive leadership and ensuring seamless execution of programs, projects, and initiatives across the full design portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Executive PMO & Leadership Support
  Partner directly with executive leadership to manage PMO governance, reporting cadences, and strategic program tracking
• Develop and maintain executive facing dashboards, status reports, and portfolio visibility tools
  
• Facilitate leadership forums, steering committees, and decision making processes
  
• Design Leadership Program Support
  Serve as the primary program partner to the Head of Design, providing end to end support across planning, coordination, and execution of design initiatives
