Labcorp is seeking a remote Manager, Executive Compensation to join our team.

_(Applicants who live within 35 miles of either the Burlington, NC or Durham, NC location will follow a hybrid schedule. This schedule includes a minimum of three in-office days per week and two days working remotely, supporting both collaboration and flexibility)_

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (Eastern Time).

+ Support overall program management and administration of executive compensation
