Position Overview
Support the ongoing design, development and implementation of Total Reward frameworks for the ‘Executive’ Population to ensure the Company is able to attract, retain and incentivize colleagues. Manage all Global Mobility arrangements ensuring policies, processes and third-party contractual arrangements are fit for purposes.
Advise Chief People Officers and senior leaders on sensitive executive recruitment, internal moves, retention awards, and exits.Manage the full join‑to‑leave process for executives, including compensation proposals, term sheets, offers, side letters and separation agreements.Calculate reward packages for external and internal moves, including complex buyout valuations across equity plans and cash incentives.Partner with legal and tax teams to resolve issues during the join‑to‑leave process.Lead Executive Pay activity during the annual compensation cycle.Maintain deep expertise in all incenti...
