Vacancy – Manager – Energy, Utilities, Resources & Infrastructure

Lead Energy, Utilities, Resources and Infrastructures transactions

Perform commercial due diligences (infra and industry sector)

Advise Utilities, investment firms on asset portfolio developments

Advise clients on M&A in Utilities, Resources and Infrastructure

Lead PPP advisory / O&M asset management mandates

Develop and review business models, market studies, issue project reports & other documentation as per requirements of a mandate

Conduct operational and financial analysis for companies in energy water infra sector transition/transformation
