Job Description
The Manager, Embedded Software Quality Assurance - Vaux owns software defect prioritization and coordinates rotating software engineers assigned to bug remediation. During each rotation, this position sets the defect priorities, aligns engineering effort to the highest-impact issues, and drives bugs from discovery through resolution and validation. The Manager, Embedded Software Quality Assurance - Vaux also leads the Vaux Robotics testing organization and manages the live testing team and directs day-to-day test planning and execution.

Responsibilities
* Manage the Testing team.
* Own the software defect backlog and determine which bugs are solved and not solved based on severity, safety impact, customer impact, field risk, release timing, frequency, reproducibility, engineering effort, and business priority.
