- ImplicitlyunderstandthecommercialaspectsoftheChauffeurDrivecontractandmonitorthemanagementoffleetcompliancetoensuredeliverywithintheboundariesofthecontracts,whileadheringtoStandardOperatingProcedures(SOPs),StandardWorkInstructions(SWIs),andachievingoperationalSLAsandcommercialKPIs.
- EnsuretheFleetTeamunderstandsthecommercialagreementandmanagesservicedeliverywithinthetimelinesanddeliverablesofthecontract.
- WorkcloselywiththeLegalandCommercialteamstoprovidecleardirectiononactionsthroughoutthetermofthecontractrelatingtoFleet,RTAcompliance,andOEMstakeholderrelationships.
