- Develop action plans and drive strategies to address cost variances

Manage Global Efficiency Programme - Monitor and report on Efficiency performance metrics in a timely manner
- Validate the numbers reported from the various BUs/ROs/Agencies based on the aligned framework to ensure integrity and transparency.
- Manage best practices and help to evangelise and communicate these practices for adoption across the global offices.
