About the Role

As Manager, Educational Development and Pathways at Monash, you will lead the implementation of alternative learner pathways, including APEL/ODL, and support the delivery of new course initiatives. The role focuses on setting up systems, processes, and delivery frameworks, monitoring program implementation to ensure milestones, quality, and outcomes are achieved.

Operating under broad direction, you will lead the end-to-end establishment and execution of initiatives, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and effective delivery across Schools.
