Position Title: Manager, Early Years Child Care Operations

Location: Sunshine Coast, BC

* New hires may be eligible for a relocation allowance

* Potential assistance in exploring housing solutions on the Sunshine Coast through existing community supports available. 

Term: Permanent Full-Time

Hours: 35 hours per week

Shift: Standard work hours are Monday – Friday, however hours may vary to meet program needs

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $68,000-$71,500 annually (Plus$6 per hour for Licensed ECE’s as per the Provincial Government’s Wage Enhancement Initiative)

* Newly hired ECE employees, including IT/SNs, at YMCA BC's Sunshine Coast or Powell River sites will be eligible for a $500 retention bonus competition of one year of service
