Position Overview
We are seeking a Manager, E-commerce (TikTok Shop) to lead the end-to-end development and scaling of our TikTok Shop and social commerce channel. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with full ownership of strategy and execution. You will act as the single-threaded owner of TikTok commerce performance—driving GMV growth, building creator ecosystems, and integrating content with conversions.
Job Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Business Ownership (TikTok Shop)
- Own and drive the TikTok Shop P&L, including GMV, revenue, and profitability targets
- Define and execute the growth strategy and roadmap for TikTok commerce for DLMI
- Identify and prioritise key growth levers (traffic, conversion, AOV, retention)
2. Store Setup, Optimisation & Operations
