We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to partner with our Senior Manager, Digital Risk, in driving a robust and forward-looking risk management strategy for the Strategy, Digital & Data (SD&D) Business Unit at RBC Insurance. This pivotal role will focus on ensuring the proactive identification, evaluation, mitigation, and continuous monitoring of risks across all risk types, fostering a culture of resilience and informed decision-making.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in advancing the Digital Risk model as part of the broader Agile Operating model, working closely with product owners, functional risk partners, and key stakeholders to embed risk management into the core of our digital and data initiatives.
