**Job Summary:**
Supports the implementation of Digital Commerce merchandising strategies and is responsible for shaping online customer-centric pricing, promotions and assortment decisions, as well as providing input on digital marketing programs for a given set of categories. Collaborates daily with cross-functional teams to guide the planning and execution of online merchandising strategy essential to the Organization’s vision. Manages ongoing business through insight-led decision-making, assortment optimization, category marketing, visual merchandising, and supplier management.
