Position Overview
Responsibilities - Develop and execute full-funnel B2C demand generation campaigns across digital, social, search, programmatic, and direct mail channels.
- Own the end-to-end panelist recruitment funnel with a focus on volume, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Design and run structured A/B and multivariate tests across creative, copy, audience segments, and landing experiences.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards to track key metrics including CPL, conversion rates, and channel ROI.
- Serve as the primary lead for external agency partners, managing briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
- Partner with creative teams to develop compelling consumer-facing messaging that motivates audience participation.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Research, and Brand teams to ensure recruitment meets demographic targets and brand standards.
