Develop and advance a data and analytics strategy for WMO to identify, assess and prioritize opportunities for process optimization and automation. Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights, identify trends, and measure the impact of transformation initiatives. Oversee the design and creation of insightful reports and dashboards using tools like Looker and Power BI to provide visibility into operational performance. Work with data engineering and IT partners to define data requirements and ensure the availability of high-quality data.
Automation and Continuous Improvement:
Identify, assess, and implement automation opportunities using tools such as Power Automate and other scripting/configuration technologies. Champion continuous improvement methodologies to systematically enhance business processes, reduce manual effort, and increase efficiency.
