The role

Strong experience in OT/ICS cyber security within industrial sectors (manufacturing, energy, utilities, transport)Working knowledge of industrial protocols and OT architectures (e.g. Modbus, DNP3, OPC UA)Experience delivering OT cyber assessments and architecture reviewsFamiliar with IEC , NIST ‑82, NIST CSF, and NCSC CAFComfortable operating in live industrial environments (plants, factories, substations)Strong communicator, able to engage engineers and senior stakeholdersExperience leading workstreams or small teamsExposure to Industry 4.0, IIoT, or smart manufacturing initiativesUnderstanding of energy sector regulations (e.g. NIS / NIS2)Experience with OT monitoring tools (e.g. Dragos, Claroty, Nozomi)Possess relevant certifications (e.g. GICSP, IEC , CISSP, CISM) or or...
