**Job Description**

The **Manager, Customer Targeting & Eligibility Consultant** is part of the U.S. Targeting Operations (USTO) team within the broader Enterprise Communications & MarTech Experiences (ECMX) organization at American Express. USTO partners with AmEx U.S. businesses to develop customer audience strategies and support marketing campaign execution across channels. This role is primarily focused on supporting the U.S. Marketing organization.
