This role drives innovation by introducing new tools, technologies, and methodologies that enhance instructional design and learner engagement. Acting as the central authority for courseware quality systems, this role enables scalable, compliant, and high-quality production processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
Develop and maintain standardized courseware templates, development workflows, and production guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency across teams.
