Position Overview
In conjunction with programs and objectives set by the President, the Country Manager is responsible for the operational, technical, and sales activities across the country on behalf of the related business. Create and support a rewarding work environment while maximizing business revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Job Duties/Roles
Develop the strategic regional business plan centered around growth, executable sales, and brand identity. Lead the local QE team in all aspects of their business management and personnel development. Communicate with the President and peers to share resources and ideas.
