+ 5 years of experience in corporate development, venture capital, private equity, or investment banking experience in the technology industry.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Experience working in a cross-functional environment and leveraging relationships to influence and drive outcomes.
+ Experience building financial models and valuing companies with excellent quantitative and qualitative investigative skills.
+ Excellent communication skills.
