**How you’ll make an impact:**

+ Provide legal guidance to the company including providing direction and guidance on projects in partnership with other team members.
+ Prepare, review, and negotiate business contracts and public tenders. Partner with business units and functions in Australia and New Zealand; lead the implementation of contract templates, including updating templates according to company guidelines, laws or legal requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams
