OverviewThis role would be primarily involved in the following activities:
Managing End-to-End India Co-man ControlsNew Co-man set up and readiness well before commercial runProvide support for Month end closure activities.Supporting cross-functional teams in adhering to the applicable controls in placeEnsuring Balance sheet health Co-man and other related provisions, RM/PM inventory, Accounts Payables etc.Ensuring process compliance & controls in Co-Man process (SOX & internal control) through commercial, physical, statutory & SOX audits at Co-man Plant.End-to-end supervision Co-man process and control support to business toward timely closure of project.Quarterly Co-man account and DMC reconciliationEnsure production adherence and MUV reviewYearly Risk Assessment of Co-man process and ensure training to all cross functional stakeholder.Monitoring of on-going capex project, CWIP tracking and timely capitalization, idle asset review and annual asset confirmat...
