General description of role:

The Flex Analytics & Reporting / Data Insights role delivers accurate analytics and actionable insights for Flex clients and prospects. The role covers stewardship reporting, prospect analytics, onboarding of the DI dashboard, Power BI-based automation, cost impact modelling, invoice support, and maintenance of flexible plan data store. The colleague works closely with consultants, customer relationship managers, and internal team members to verify data accuracy, resolve deviations, and turn analysis into practical recommendations.
