The Manager – Compensation & Workforce Planning will serve as a core specialist responsible for the end-to-end administration, analysis, and optimization of the organization‘s Total Rewards programs. This role bridges HR strategy and financial discipline by monitoring headcount against approved manpower budgets, managing group benefit plans, and leveraging advanced analytics to deliver actionable insights that drive retention, productivity, and strategic workforce cost optimization.
