Come join Autism Speaks as a Manager of Community Engagement on our Southwest team, with a primary focus on the Dallas/Ft. Worth market. This position is responsible for leading our Dallas/Ft. Worth Walk and 5K Run as well as other constituent engagement and fundraising activities. The candidate will work from home but should be located in Dallas/Ft. Worth and must be comfortable with travel within the area.

PURPOSE: Raise funds for Autism Speaks by recruiting and managing volunteers, raising awareness, and implementing fundraising and mission-related events to achieve revenue goals. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Achieve the revenue goals for assigned fundraising events in the DFW market.

+ Work with supervisor to establish and implement planning timelines, income goals, and expense budget and participant recruitment strategies.
