Key Responsibilities
Pre-Contract Commercial Strategy & Tendering
● Lead design & scope coordination with Architects, Structural & MEPF consultants
● Review tender documents, drawings, and BOQs for completeness and risk
● Structure tendering strategy, bidder shortlisting, and pre-bid clarifications
● Evaluate commercial clauses (PBG, LD, retention, payment terms)
● Benchmark bids against internal estimates and budgets
● Prepare and issue LOA / Work Orders KPIs
Post-Contract Commercial Control & Execution Support
● Lead site-level commercial coordination with clients, PMCs, and contractors
● Own budget tracking, cash-flow planning, and quarterly budget refresh
● Validate and certify RA bills across civil, MEP, façade, fire, waterproofing, etc. <...
