Description
OBJECTIVES / PURPOSE
We are seeking a dynamic Manager to join Takeda's GCC Commercial Insights & Analytics (I&A) organization in India. This is the first people leadership role in the GCC analytics career track, combining hands-on analytical delivery with team management, stakeholder partnership, and operational accountability for an assigned portfolio of US brand analytics workstreams. The Manager serves as the day-to-day GCC analytics partner to US I&A brand leads and is accountable for the quality, timeliness, and business relevance of all deliverables produced by their pod.
Lead an analytics pod of 2-5 Analysts, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of brand analytics for assigned US business units while personally contributing to complex analytical work that requires senior judgment.
