DigitalOcean is seeking a shift manager for our 24x7 operations team. Reporting into the Senior Manager, Cloud Operations, this manager will be working with one shift of our existing 24x7 CloudOps team to monitor our cloud services, respond to problems, escalate to engineering where appropriate, and work to build and evangelize reliable processes and procedures that improve service quality and reliability.
