**Job Highlights:**

This is a full time Clinical Operations Manager position for Nephrology, Allergy, and Rheumatology departments. The position is primarily based in Fond du Lac and includes regional responsibilities. Ideally, the leader will spend 2-3 days in the Fond du Lac area and visit other sites including Madison, Janesville, and Monroe the remainder of the week.

**Schedule:** Typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but may flex to 7:00 a.m. start time occasionally for meetings with specialty providers.

**Job Summary:**

Manages the daily operations of the assigned practice site(s) or department(s). Serves as a liaison between physicians and employees, and between the practice or department and other clinical and administrative areas.
