• Oversee the complete bordereaux processing lifecycle, including data ingestion, validation, reconciliation, and reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of outputs in line with client expectations and regulatory standards.

Monitor SLAs and KPIs, proactively mitigating risks and resolving delivery bottlenecks.

Client Liaison & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the primary point of contact for underwriters and client operations teams.
