Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive strategic pipeline growth across Comminution and Process Equipment product lines
- Achieve annual order intake targets while maintaining gross margins above 20%
- Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through to project handover
- Compile and present high-quality technical proposals and tender documents
- Manage commercial and legal risk on large capital tenders (R15m+)
- Conduct site visits, plant assessments, and technical audits
- Identify new market segments and grow the customer base
- Mentor and provide leadership to the sales team
Experience & Qualifications - Degree in Engineering, Process Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field
- 812 years of capital equipment sales experience in Mining or Minerals Processing
