Reporting to the General Manager, Good Spirit Housing Authority and supervising approximately nine direct reports, this position oversees the capital asset plan, contract and vendor management, procurement, and maintenance. Key responsibilities include the leadership, management, and oversight of the capital assets, and property/maintenance services for the housing authority in the communities of Melville, Yorkton and Canora with a portfolio of more than 600 units.
