The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of consulting experience within metals, mining, power, or heavy industry sectors, with a strong track record of leading large-scale transformation programs leveraging frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma, TQM, and TPM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end transformation consulting engagements, ensuring high‑quality delivery.

• Design and implement operational excellence strategies to improve process efficiency.

• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, variability, and defects.
