The Manager, Business Process Management and Downturn Readiness is accountable for the execution and delivery of Business Process Management (BPM), Downturn Readiness (DTR), and Knowledge Management initiatives across all Canada Collections portfolios, including Scotia Dealer Advantage (SDA). The role is responsible for building, implementing, and operationalizing BPM and DTR capabilities, including an enhanced Knowledge Management System. The role ensures processes, playbooks, and knowledge assets are practical, auditable, and embedded into frontline execution.
