Support the Head / SeniorManagerin overseeing daily Community HospitalBusiness Officeoperations, including patientbilling, charging, collections, subsidies, financial counselling, and revenue processes
Ensure accurate and timelybilling, claims processing, account reconciliation, follow-up of accounts, and ILTCbillingoperations
Support workflow improvements, digitalisation, internal controls, system enhancements, and CHCS/system implementation initiatives
Supervise and guideBusiness Officestaff to support smooth daily operations and service delivery
Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Relevant experience in healthcare Business Office operations
Strong knowledge of billing, patient charging, subsidies, and ILTC processes
