Position Overview
Responsibilities - Develop and implement business development strategies to penetrate the government sector.
- Identify and target potential government clients to expand the company's client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the government sector.
- Lead sales negotiations and contract discussions with government agencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of projects.
- Monitor government tenders and procurement opportunities.
- Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and bids.
- Stay updated on government regulations, policies, and industry trends.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior business development team members.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
