Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, the Manager of Business Development is responsible for driving sustainable financial growth by increasing sales and building strong, long-term relationships with clients of Rexit Group. The role involves developing and maintaining strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities across a broad portfolio of services, and formulating as well as executing robust business plans to achieve revenue and gross profit targets. The incumbent is also expected to deliver innovative, client-centric solutions that address evolving business needs.
