Position Overview
The Opportunity As the MANAGER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & EXPERIENCE at CIVIL SERVICE CLUB, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and enhancing the overall customer experience. Reporting to Director, Business Development & Experience, you will be responsible for driving sales, identifying and capitalising on strategic opportunities to expand the Club's business portfolio.
Key Responsibilities - Drive sales and achieve revenue targets for M.I.C.E., corporate events, function rooms and Chalets
- Implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to attract new business and corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government agencies and event organisers.
- Manage the sales pipeline and oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
