Job Purpose

The jobholder is the Subject Matter Expert for Network System Maintenance (NSM) for both Building and Facilities (B&F) and Permanent Way (Pway) on scope related to asset management which covers business processes & life cycle management. These critical business processes include budget, contracting, condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, ensure compliance of appropriate inspection, maintenance activity, or repair to deliver performance, mean-time-between-failures (MTBF), mean-time-to-repair (MTTR), and cost control.
