Position Overview
**Description**
As a Senior Associate in our Work, Rewards and Careers practice, you will work beside some of the industry’s top consultants while you develop deep and cutting-edge technical knowledge and skills. You will manage consulting projects while providing input to senior colleagues and overseeing and quality-reviewing analysts’ work.
You will partner with internal colleagues – including analysts, other consultants and technical experts – and the leadership of our clients to design and implement strategies and programs to attract, reward and retain talent.
Our projects range in scope from specific solutions to broad cross-LOB engagements, such as support for M&A transactions, total rewards strategy and optimization. We support clients across a range of WRC disciplines, including:
