Weareseekingahigh‑performingRegionalManager(AccountManagement)todrivegrowthandstrategicdirectionfortheZALORAAdvertisingPlatform(ZAP).Thisseniorrolewillleadkeyclientrelationships,shapecross‑marketadvertisingstrategies,andpartnercloselywithinternalstakeholderstoscaleZAP’srevenueandproductadoptionacrossSoutheastAsia.
Responsibilities
- Revenue&commercialownership:Driveupsell,retentionandnewbusinessopportunities;managecommercialnegotiationsandensurerevenuetargetsandmarginobjectivesaremet.
- Product&solutiondevelopment:Translateclientneedsandmarketinsightsintonewadsolutionsandproductenhancements;collaboratewithProduct,Tech,DataScienceteams.
- Stakeholdermanagement:PartnerwithCommercial,Operations,Legal/Finance,andCountryteamstoensuresmoothcampaignlaunches,contracting,invoicingandpost‑campaignanalysis.
- Clientfeedbackloop:SystematicallycaptureandprioritiseclientfeedbacktoimproveZAP’sofferingsanduserexperience.
